Early Childhood Educator

Full-timeKediri, Tabanan, Bali

Plan and guide daily learning experiences using a Reggio-inspired, play-based approach. Observe, document, and respond to children's thinking with care and intention.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate project work and small-group experiences
  • Observe and document learning moments for portfolios
  • Prepare the environment with open-ended, natural materials
  • Partner with families through daily communication and meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to reflect on and refine practice

What you bring

  • A warm, calm presence and genuine respect for young children
  • Experience in early childhood settings (2+ years preferred)
  • Familiarity with Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or emergent curriculum
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is a plus
  • Relevant qualification (PAUD / S1 PGPAUD or equivalent) preferred

Caregiver / Classroom Assistant

Full-timeKediri, Tabanan, Bali

Support the lead educator in daily routines, meal times, rest, and outdoor play. Be a steady, caring presence that helps each child feel safe and seen.

What you'll do

  • Assist with arrivals, meals, rest, and transitions
  • Support children during outdoor and sensory play
  • Help maintain a calm, clean, and inviting environment
  • Communicate gently and consistently with every child
  • Contribute to the team's reflective practice

What you bring

  • Patience, warmth, and a love for working with young children
  • Experience in childcare or related care work (1+ year)
  • Ability to respond calmly to the unexpected
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • First-aid or health certification is a plus
