programs & tuition

One depth of learning. Many ways to belong.

All programs share the same learning experience — the difference lies in the length of the day, not the depth. A low child-to-teacher ratio ensures each child receives individual attention and care.

A short look at the everyday policies that keep our space safe, hygienic, and predictable for every child. A full Parent Handbook is shared during enrollment.

nourishment

Food & nutrition

All meals are freshly prepared daily, organic where possible, never deep-fried, and balanced in protein, fibre, and carbohydrates. Snacks and packaged food from home are kindly not permitted. Allergies and dietary needs are accommodated in close partnership with families.

come prepared

What to bring

  • · Towel, blanket, pillow
  • · Soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste
  • · Sunscreen & mosquito repellent
  • · 2–3 sets of labeled clothing & a water bottle
  • · Diapers & wet wipes if needed

Personal items go home every Saturday for washing. Toys and valuables stay at home.

stay well

Sick policy

To protect every child, please keep your little one home with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, or any signs of contagious illness. Children may return after being symptom-free for 24 hours and able to participate comfortably.

arrivals

Pick-up & lateness

A 15-minute grace period is provided at pick-up. After that, late fees apply. Repeated lateness may lead to a gentle conversation about enrollment.

stay connected

Daily communication

Families receive daily reports, WhatsApp updates, and ongoing learning documentation, with full development summaries twice a year. For deeper conversations, we warmly schedule meetings outside of arrival and pick-up.

partnership

Family conduct

We ask families to respect our approach, trust the teaching team's judgment, communicate openly, and support each child's journey without comparison. A calm partnership is what lets children truly thrive.
